Terms and Conditions

*All contracts must be paid in full prior to rendering services

*A.C.R.A.S. does not accept personal checks

*On contract renewal date there is a 30 day grace to pay the contract prior to canceling of the account.

*Accounts may be canceled at anytime, without reimbursement, for failure to pay for rendered services, falsifying information, fraud, illegal activity, identity theft.  And said information will be shared with the appropriate authorities if needed to protect the company and other clients.

*Client may cancel anytime without penalty as long as all rendered services are paid up.  Must give at least two weeks notice prior to canceling to prepare the documents to be sent to the address of their choice.  All documents will be surrendered unless the party wants to continue to pay for the record keeping option.  

*When the client would like to cancel the services, and A.C.R.A.S. LLC is the listed registered agent on the entity, proof must be given that A.C.R.A.S. LLC has been removed from the business and a new registered agent listed.  Must provide and updated filing supporting the change.  Once received, any remaining funds in the account will be returned to the payee
